Custom Wig Ordering Process
Do you want a wig that is custom made just for you? Well with our Custom Wig option, you can design your very own unit. With this option, you will provide the hair of your choice which allows you to decide your own texture, length, and color. Our Custom Wig options include: U-Part, Lace Closure, Lace Frontal, and 360 Lace Frontal. The steps below will help guide you on the process of ordering a Custom Wig. Order your Custom Wig unit today and create your own slay.
If you would like to order a Custom Wig by providing your own hair, you must submit a Custom Wig Order Form. Please make sure to provide as much detail as possible. The order form will provide you with the Shipping info if you need to ship your hair to me. If you are local, I will set up arrangements to meet and retrieve your hair (please text 863-332-2601).
To begin your order, a 50% deposit is required. Production of your unit will not begin until your deposit is paid in full. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. All units paid in full prior to production may receive a refund minus the 50% deposit. You will have 7 days to cancel your order to receive a refund. Refunds will only apply to orders that have not begun the production phase. Please contact me if you have any questions.
When your deposit is paid in full, production of your unit will begin. Standard production time is usually 7-14 business days. This standard time depends on volume. If more time is needed to complete your order, these details will be provided in advance. You may purchase an express option to have your unit completed in 24 hrs (visit our Services page for pricing). If your order is completed before the expected date, I will contact you to continue to the final step.
4. Review and Final Payment
Once your unit is completed, you will receive photos. After reviewing your unit, I will send a final invoice for the remaining balance. If you do not complete your final payment and pick up your unit 10 days after the completion date, you will be charged a $50 holding fee. If your unit is unpaid after 14 days, your unit will be sold and you will not receive a refund or any funds from the sale. After receipt of the final payment, the shipment process will being. You will be notified when your unit has been shipped. If you are local then we can arrange a time to pick up your unit. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to pick your unit up on the completion/expected date.
