What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of this product, our shop does not accept returns and/or exchanges. Therefore, all sales are final and nonrefundable. We do not exchange products nor transfer funds. If you have an issue with your order, you may email us at info@wiggedbysue.com. We will handle requests on a case to case basis. Please read all details before placing an order.
What are the primary differences between wig types (lace closure, lace frontal, U-Part) ?
Lace closure and frontal wigs are both constructed with lace material at the top to give the illusion of scalp and wefted tracks at the back. The lace frontal has lace that goes from ear to ear and measures 13” x 4” or 13" x 6". A lace closure is different from a frontal because it’s a smaller, horseshoe shaped piece of lace that measures 4”x 4”, 5”x 5”, 6”x 6”, or 7”x 7”. A lace frontal wig will provide more styling versatility, but a lace closure wig is more appropriate for those who wish to maintain an exact style or prefer less maintenance. Lace closures can still be parted multiple ways. A U-part wig is best for those that wish to leave out their natural hair in the front and apply a wig for extra volume or length.

What is a Custom Wig?
A custom wig is a girl’s best friend. They are very convenient, easy to install, and versatile. You can literally install your wig in 10 mins. No joke! My wigs are also fashionable. I hate that “wiggy” look, so I design my wigs to look similar to a hairstyle. You can wear a custom wig without others knowing you’re actually wearing a wig. People are always shocked when I tell them I am wearing a wig. It’s also important to make sure your wig is secure. All my custom wigs a created with extra security. Elastic bands are included on all Laced (closure, frontal, 360) Custom Wigs. Once your wig is installed correctly, you do not have to worry about it flying off. You can also take them off at night, or leave them on –it’s up to you.

Healthy Hair
My custom wigs are designed to support protective styles which lead to healthy growing hair. Since your hair is braided underneath your unit, you are am able to remove the unit and moisturize and/or add growing oils to your hair. It is recommended to moisturize your hair every 2 or 3 days. This is one of the best ways to take care of your hair and look good at the same time.

You can save time & money by investing in a custom wig. The price of the custom wig is equivalent or less than the price of a normal sew in. With a sew-in you are paying for a 1 time hair-do. With a custom wig you are able to use your unit over and over again. You can literally wash your unit, restyle, and go. This gives you independence over your hair. You can also save a lot of time with just installing a custom wig. I haven’t had a sew-in in over a year so I do not know how long it takes, but I can install my wig in less than 30 minutes. No joke!
