Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB)
A custom-made wig is a hairpiece constructed specifically for an individual and created to be natural-looking. Do you want a wig that is custom-made just for you? With the BYOB Custom Wig option, you can design your own wig. With this option, you will provide your own hair which allows you to decide your own texture, length, and color. Custom orders are made based on your specifications, therefore returns are not accepted. The steps here will help guide you on the process. Order your Custom Wig today and create your own slay.

Design
The first step is to fill out the order form HERE. Please make sure you provide as much detail as possible. You will need to provide details about your hair/bundles and select design options about the wig. Allow 24-72 hours for a response. Once the form is reviewed, you will get a quote for your order via email from info@wiggedbysue.com. After you confirm the order, you must accept the quote. You will then receive an invoice that is due upon receipt. You must pay the full balance or a 50% deposit before production starts.

Shipping
When your quote is confirmed and accepted. You may ship your hair/bundles to me. The hair must be new and unused. WBS is currently not accepting BYOB Wig orders for used hair. If you would like to have your vendor ship your hair directly to me, Please provide that info via email or the order form. Production
When your deposit is paid in full and your hair/bundles is received, production of your wig will begin. Standard production time is usually 10-21 business days. This standard time depends on order volume. If more time is needed to complete your order, these details will be provided via email. You may purchase an express option to have your wig completed within 24 hrs. (pricing available via order form). The Express option is not guaranteed and will be confirmed or denied via the quote. (Please note: Production time begins after I receive your hair/bundles). If your order is completed before the expected date, I will contact you via email to continue to the final step.

Review and Shipment
Once your unit is completed, you will receive an update via email. When your wig is completed, you must pay the remaining balance of your invoice. If you do not submit your final payment within 10 days after the completion date, you will be charged a $50 holding fee. If your unit remains unpaid after 14 days, your unit will be sold and you will not receive a refund and/or any funds from the sale. Please send an email to info@wiggedbysue.com to request any necessary holds. After receipt of the final payment, the shipment process will being. You will be notified with a tracking # when your wig has been shipped.
